2012 New Player Registration for Middlesex Bears
Information about the 2012 AAA Middlesex Bears
*Our home field (for all ages and teams) for practices, home games and home jamborees will be the Veterans Memorial Stadium turf field (under the lights) just over the North Andover and Andover border.
*We are offering the following programs for 2012: (19U and Junior A Lacrosse will follow in 2013)
Girls 17U – (9th and 10th graders) (will be recruiting from all over New England)(4 Major Showcase Post High School Season Tournaments plus Marketing and Promotion to Colleges who begin recruiting rising 10th and 11th graders)
Girls 15U – (1997 and 1998 birth years)
Girls 13U – (1999 birth year and younger)
Boys 17U – (9th and 10th graders) (will be recruiting from all over New England)(4 Major Showcase Post High School Season Tournaments plus Marketing and Promotion to Colleges who begin recruiting rising 10th and 11th graders)
Boys 15U – (1997 and 1998 birth years)
Boys 14U – (1998 and 1999 birth years)
Boys 13U – (1999 and 2000 birth years)
Boys 12U – (2000 birth year and younger)
Boys 11U – (2001 birth year and younger)
*For our 17U teams. I want to send the strong message that High School / Prep School lacrosse alone will not complement your academic record if you want to play and compete in the NCAA (DI, DII, DII, Ivy or NESCAC). Having been through this process for years, you need to have the following:
1. Exposure at strong valuable recruited tournaments
2. Someone who will advocate for you besides your parents
3. Someone who will guide and coach you through the complicated academic/athletic recruiting process.
4. Someone who will promote your assets, strengthen your opportunities and guide you through the maze of pitfalls that can snag many student-athletes and their families in this complex process.
Having been through this with 100+ student-athletes in 10 years, I am very excited to pass that knowledge and experience along to help your son/daughter through this process.
